We ship within Canada and internationally using Expedited Canada Post. Orders usually ship within 7-10 days. Customers will receive email notification when their order is posted or if there is a delay.

» by phone. We take credit card orders by phone Monday to Saturday between 10am and 5pm ADT. 902.275.5110

» by email. Send us an email listing the items you would like to order. Please include the species and name of the bird you are ordering for as well as your postal/zip code. We will get back to you promptly with your total including the shipping charge. Payment can be made by credit card, email money transfer or Paypal. We recommend ordering via email to those who are ordering from within Atlantic Canada and customers who are purchasing large swings and oddballs.

» through our shopping cart. For your convenience we have added a secure shopping cart. Be advised that additional shipping may apply to international orders and oversize items. International customers can email their order for their exact charges if preferred. If our cart over estimates your shipping charges we will enclose merchandise of equal or greater value.
